Coffee enemas! do i need to say more?
I love having this conversation with people especially if they haven't heard of colonics or enemas before. Its such a normal thing for me so it makes me giggle when i bring it up in conversation and the person will usually pull a face like "what the fuck did you just say? you put coffee in your butt"..
Why yes i do put coffee there and let me tell you why....
Since i was a little kid i have always been constipated causing haemorrhoids, bleeding and overall feeling yuk. When i first heard about enemas I was like no way am I doing that but after the first few attempts i was hooked. I was less bloated, felt amazing because I wasn't full of shit (literally) and my liver was thriving and it also makes detoxing easier.
When i was being investigated for pancreas and bowel cancer enemas became one of the supports to help me after surgeries and even before them to help aid in detoxing from all the toxins.
Now I am not a medical doctor but what i do know is enemas have been used for centuries to clean and purify the body. It gained popularity in the 1920s when Dr Max Gerson started to study the benefits which he found were so amazing that he went on to use coffee enemas as an alternative treatment for cancer patients and individuals with chronic diseases and inflammation.
There have been quite a few studies done on enemas and Gerson therapy, I wont go into all of that but if you are interested in knowing more ill attach this link for you to have a squiz at.
Ill also list some benefits from doing coffee enemas which i have personally witnessed within myself and clients.
Helps if you suffer from Constipation. Bloating and or Diarrhea
Helps Eliminate Toxins, Heavy Metals and Parasites
Support Liver Detoxification
Mental Health
IBS Support
Weight Loss
Energy Levels
Hormonal Imbalances
Clearer Skin
Chronic Health Conditions
They are super easy to do at home, be warned usually the first attempt is a disaster well it was for me haha
Also you can not drink this kind of coffee. And you cannot use decaf or instant coffee to do your enema.
Coffee enemas require a specialty coffee.
Most coffee contains pesticides, mold and other toxins. It is essential that you use organic coffee, that has a high content of caffeine and palmitic acid which stimulate the glutathione production.
I could go on and on about this but for now ill just finish up here as my brew awaits
Also just realised i can add gifs and other media to my blogs... haha
