Holistic Sessions use a combination of modalities - Reiki, Kinesiology, Psychic Mediumship, Intuitive healing/guidance, and more.

Holistic distance sessions do not require you to be present you will receive an email or voice notes once your session has been completed with what popped up. If you would like the distance session via zoom please let Sarah know.
