I remember when I first attended my level one reiki class and we were having the attunement everyone could feel all this amazing energy running through their hands, then there i was like a stone fish and couldn't feel a thing, I remember turning to my teacher and was like oh I might feel something in my big toe maybe... hahah im actually laughing so hard right now remembering this, it would have been back in 2019

My teacher, mentor, guide is incredible! her knowledge is out of this world and the support and love she has shown me from the first time we have met is next to none i absolutely adore her and would recommend anyone who wants to study Reiki to get in touch so I can pass her details on.

After I did Usui Level 1 I signed up for level 2 and thats where all the magic happened for me then I progressed to Seichim which is an Egyptian form of Reiki my heart just exploded. I use alot of Seichim in my sessions.

Usui Reiki represents the masculine energy, and Seichim symbolises the feminine. Together they form a beautiful blend of sacred energies, supporting balance and alignment across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

So what is Reiki?

Reiki healing is a gentle, non-invasive energy therapy that focuses on balancing the body’s natural energy flow. Originating in Japan, the word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels this energy through their hands, either lightly touching or hovering over the client's body. This practice can help reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and enhance emotional and physical healing. Reiki can assist in relieving pain, clearing emotional blockages, and restoring balance to the body's energy systems. It is often used as a complementary therapy alongside conventional medical treatments and holistic healing.
