I stumbled across Kinesiology when one of my kids were roughly around 5/6 years of age. At that time we were really struggling with parenting mainly around behaviour and diet. That stage of my life I was not aware of anything I am aware of now and boy would it have made a huge difference. Although in saying this we can not blame ourselves either, everyone is doing the best they can with the infomation they have at whatever point in life they are at.
I was most definitely a parent where I would say to therapists its him, its this, that ect, Little did i know that actually I was also the issue. Throughout this time I was going through the court systems with my abusive ex and you could say I was in a complete state of survival and stress. When our nervous systems are disregulated amongst other things, it also rubs off onto our children along with many other factors like generational trauma, trauma in general, gut - brain health, nurture versus nature, i could go on - theres A LOT!
A lady reached out to me and mentioned that I should take him to a Kinesiologist, I was willing to try anything at this point. I wont get into all the details on what we were going through, but i do discuss this on my podcast.
So I booked him in, it was the first time i had tried something that wasnt "medical" based when the Kinesiologist started talking about certain ages and things happening at those particular stages in his life.. mine too especially through pregnancy i was like how the fuck do you even know that because it was honestly only something I would know. From that moment on I wanted to know everything about it, I thought she was some kind of psychic wizard. Throughout those years of my life I never found the right time to study it and eventually forgot about it, until a few years ago when it popped back into my awareness when I was again going through some testing times with this particular child and I just said fuck it im doing this not only to help my son but also for me.
So to answer the question What is Kinesiology..
Kinesiology is a holistic approach to healing using TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) modalities and muscle testing as a tool to access information within the body. It is gentle and non invasive.
Honestly, our bodies are so amazing that they have their own innate wisdom and healing ability so tapping into that wisdom is one of the aims of Kinesiology.
It pays equal attention to your emotional, nutritional, chemical, physical and spiritual energies making it holistic. Although a Kinesiologist doesn't diagnose a problem we can certainly help get to the root cause of it, that way you can have a better understanding how it’s impacting your body and how to get your amazing self back in balance. Kinesiology is for anyone at any age and can also be done over distance.
It can help with:
Immune system function · Digestive issues · Brain and nervous system imbalances · Sleep disturbances · Physical injuries or traumas · Stress response and adrenal health · Hydration levels and water retention · Postural imbalances · Emotional triggers and unresolved emotional states · Organ and tissue function · Sensitivities to environmental factors (e.g., chemicals, pollutants) · Structural misalignments (e.g., spine, joints) · Circulation and blood flow issues · Dehydration and mineral deficiencies and lots more.
Techniques that can be used:
Muscle testing to identify imbalances
Acupressure to stimulate energy flow
Emotional stress release techniques
Nutritional testing to assess diet-related issues.
Meridian tracing to balance energy pathways
Lymphatic massage for detoxification
Chakra balancing to align energy centres.
Gentle body movements to improve posture and flexibility.
Sound therapy to harmonize vibrational energy.
Colour therapy for emotional and psychological healing.
Breathing exercises to reduce stress and enhance energy flow.
Affirmation and intention setting to support emotional healing.
Reflex point stimulation to release physical tension.
Flower essences for emotional balancing
Visualization techniques for mental clarity and focus
How does distance sessions work:
“Everything is energy, and thats all there is to it” - Albert Einstein
I get asked often how does Kinesiology and healing sessions work via distance and is it effective? My answer is always YES! YES! YES! I absolutely love working via distance and ive been so lucky to have witnessed the benefits firsthand.
Everything is energy we are all interconnected, energy knows no boundaries, it is limit- less. I first ask your body if i have permission to access your field and once i get the OK I use muscle testing and my intuitive gifts to continue with your session. You don’t even need to be on a call with me for this to happen. I know it sounds crazy, my husband tells me this all the time. But it honestly works.
Afterwards i will send you all the information that came up and any techniques that you may need to do to help support you.
