Held Through This Chapter: Virtual Support Connect is for the mums who are quietly falling apart behind closed doors, carrying the weight of worry, fear, and heartbreak. If you’re struggling with teen addiction, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or unpredictable behaviours that leave you feeling powerless, this is your space. No judgment, just a community of women who truly understand. Here, you can express how you’re really feeling, share your story, and connect with others who are walking this tough road too. You don’t have to have all the answers—just a place to land, to be seen, heard, and supported through some of the hardest unspoken moments of motherhood. 🫶
